About NB-TECH SOLUTIONS
NB-TECH SOLUTIONS Inc. is a Sorel-Tracy firm that designs, integrates and governs AI for Quebec organizations, keeping their data under their control.
Our team
One founder, a team of supervised AI agents, and one rule: every external action is approved by a human.
Wilfried Noubissi, AI integration architect, founded NB-TECH SOLUTIONS and leads it. He sets the direction, designs the architectures and approves everything that commits the company to a client. Around him, our team of twelve AI agents, each with a specific role, prepares the work: industry watch, writing, request follow-up, technical monitoring, compliance. These agents are orchestrated by NB-TECH OS, our internal control centre: anything that leaves the company first goes through its approval queue, and every action is recorded in a log.
In this way, we apply to ourselves what we recommend to our clients: AI prepares, a person decides.
The founder's background
Wilfried Noubissi's background is in DevOps and agile. As a DevOps practitioner, he automated deployments, managed infrastructure and ran systems in production. As a Scrum Master, he supported teams delivering in short iterations. He also completed a certificate in cybersecurity from Polytechnique Montréal, which today allows us to advise organizations on the security of their systems, including their AI systems.
That rigour has become how we work: an AI solution is a production system, with its versions, tests, monitoring and owners. That is why every NB-TECH service is first built and documented in a lab.
What we offer
We support organizations on three interlocking fronts: AI architecture and integration into their systems, sovereign AI hosted in their own environment, and the governance that Law 25 requires. Cybersecurity runs through all three: access control, testing AI applications against known attacks, and a register of confidentiality incidents. It is also the foundation of NB-TECH SHIELD, our security framework, applied to our own systems first.
