NB-TECH OS: how our team is organized

NB-TECH SOLUTIONS runs with a founder and a team of twelve supervised AI agents. NB-TECH OS, which we designed for ourselves, is the control centre that orchestrates them: the agents prepare, propose and monitor; every external action is approved by a human.

The agents propose, NB-TECH OS sorts and logs, the founder decides. Levels: A0 observe, A1 propose, A2 act internally and reversibly.

How the agents work together

  • SENTINELLE monitors our services and alerts the founder with a clear diagnosis.
  • RELANCE sorts the inbox and prepares follow-ups; it only sends on its own from a template approved in advance, capped and revocable.
  • PLUME drafts articles and newsletters; any publication remains a human decision.
  • CADREUR, ARCHITECTE and BÂTISSEUR prepare scoping, design and delivery; nothing is deployed without approval.
  • GARDIEN checks compliance with Quebec's Law 25 and the NB-TECH SHIELD framework; COMPTABLE tracks payments without ever touching the money.
  • FORGE improves the other agents: each new version is tested against an evaluation set, then submitted to the founder.
  • ORCHESTRE prepares the daily report and sorts the approval queue by urgency. It coordinates; it does not decide.

The safeguards

  • Approval queue: anything that leaves the company (email, publication, commitment, deployment) waits for the founder's approval.
  • Autonomy levels: no agent acts alone towards a client, the public, money or production.
  • Standing authorizations: a human decision made in advance, narrow, capped, revocable and logged.
  • Chained log: every action is recorded and chained with SHA-256; any modification shows.
  • Kill switch: a single action pauses all agents.

It is the same approach we offer our clients: AI prepares, a person decides.
