A written deliverable at every step. You decide whether to move on to the next.

  1. Conversation

    You describe your situation: the problem, the systems in place, the constraints on your data. We ask questions. If we are not the right firm for this need, we tell you.

    You receive: a short written summary of what we understood.

  2. Scoping

    We examine your systems, data and constraints, with your IT and business teams as needed. We clarify what is feasible, what is risky and what is missing.

    You receive: a scoping note: objectives, scope, risks, assumptions.

  3. Proposal

    We propose the scope, deliverables, timeline and investment in writing. You decide at your own pace.

    You receive: a written proposal that you can compare and discuss.

  4. Delivery

    We work in short iterations, with a demonstration at each stage. Decisions are recorded as we go, and the documentation is produced alongside the solution.

    You receive: a working solution, its documentation and the decision log.

  5. Next steps

    Handover to your team, operations, and ongoing support if you wish. The goal is that you can carry on without us if you choose to.
